Cajun Mustard

 

Cajun Mustard

Easy to make and keeps well in the fridge!

0.5 cup. 15 minutes cook time
15 minutes prep time

Ingredients:

2 ounces dry mustard
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons malt vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine dry mustard and flour.
  2. Gradually whisk in 1/4 cup cold water.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Makes 1/2 cup.
