Blue Cheese Dressing

Anything with blue cheese gets my tastebuds going.
1 cup 10 minutes cook time10 minutes prep time
Ingredients:
| 100 | g blue cheese |
| 1 | cup sour cream or 3/4 cup cream |
| 1/4 | cup malt vinegar |
| 1 | clove garlic, crushed |
| 2-3 | tablespoons milk |
Directions:
- Mash cheese with fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat or blend until smooth.
